Who we are
Klik is a Stackado product for SEO audits, search performance analysis, AI visibility checks, rank monitoring, competitor research, content planning, reporting, and action tracking. In this policy, "Klik," "Stackado," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Stackado service that provides Klik and related integration features.
Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and improve Klik, including:
- Account details such as name, email address, organization, workspace, role, and login status.
- Project details such as website domains, URLs, target markets, languages, keywords, competitors, prompts, reports, tasks, and user-entered notes.
- SEO data generated by Klik, including crawl results, page metadata, technical issues, rankings, content recommendations, AI visibility observations, and report history.
- Usage, device, diagnostic, and security data, including logs, errors, browser information, IP address, timestamps, and feature usage.
- Billing and subscription data, processed through Stackado and its payment or billing providers.
- Support communications and privacy requests sent to us.
Google Search Console data
If you choose to connect Google Search Console, Klik requests read-only permission so you can select verified Search Console properties and use their performance data inside your SEO workspace. We do not ask for Search Console write permission for this feature.
Depending on the property and selected reports, Google Search Console data may include:
- Search Console property URLs and property identifiers.
- Property access or permission metadata returned by Google.
- Search performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position.
- Report dimensions such as query, page, date, country, device, and search appearance when used in a selected Klik report or dashboard.
- OAuth connection status and the property permission metadata needed for property selection.
How we use information
We use information to provide user-facing Klik features, including:
- Creating and managing SEO projects, audits, dashboards, reports, and action queues.
- Showing Search Console performance trends for properties you choose to connect.
- Generating SEO recommendations, content briefs, visibility checks, and report summaries.
- Monitoring provider health, reconnect status, sync quality, usage limits, security, and abuse prevention.
- Responding to support, billing, privacy, security, and compliance requests.
- Improving reliability, user experience, accessibility, and product performance.
We do not use Google Search Console data to train general-purpose AI models. We may use your project data to generate outputs for your workspace, such as reports, recommendations, summaries, and action items, when you request or configure those features.
Google API Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For Google user data, this means:
- We use the data only to provide or improve visible user-facing Klik and Stackado integration features.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or determining creditworthiness.
- We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect security, or complete a business transaction with appropriate safeguards and notice.
- Humans do not review Google user data unless you ask us to help with a specific support issue, it is necessary for security or legal reasons, or the data is aggregated for internal operations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances:
- With service providers that help us operate Stackado and Klik, such as hosting, database, authentication, billing, analytics, support, logging, and email providers.
- With connected services you choose to use, when needed to complete an action you request.
- Within Stackado products, when needed to provide your workspace, billing, permission, integration, or reporting features.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Stackado, users, or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and safeguards.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. These safeguards include access controls, encryption where appropriate, secret management, monitoring, and separation between user-facing applications and sensitive integration credentials.
OAuth tokens and connected service credentials are handled by Stackado Integration Hub, not by browser-only code. Access to sensitive integration records is limited to authorized systems and personnel with a legitimate need.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Klik, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
- Connected Google OAuth tokens are deleted or disabled when you disconnect the integration or delete the relevant account, subject to backup and security retention periods.
- Search Console report data and derived SEO reports are retained while the project or workspace remains active, unless you delete the project or request deletion.
- Security, audit, billing, and diagnostic records may be retained where needed for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing hello@stackado.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.
Your choices
- You can choose not to connect Google Search Console. Klik can still provide non-connected SEO features, although Search Console reports will not be available.
- You can disconnect Google Search Console from Stackado or revoke access from your Google Account security settings.
- You can update or delete SEO projects and request deletion of account or workspace data where available by law and contract.
- You can contact us about privacy questions or data rights at hello@stackado.com.
International processing
We may process information in countries where Stackado, our infrastructure providers, and our service providers operate. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
Children
Klik is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice, such as posting the updated policy, updating the date above, or notifying account owners. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and request consent where required before using that data for a new purpose.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, email hello@stackado.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will review and respond in line with applicable law.
